Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses saferetirewatch.com, our member dashboard, our free tools, and our emails.

Prohibited conduct

• Breaking any law, or using the service to plan, commit, or conceal fraud.
• Impersonating another person, a business, or a government agency, or misrepresenting your affiliation with Safe Retire Watch.
• Uploading or transmitting malware, phishing kits, or attempting to probe, scan, or breach our systems, rate limits, authentication, or paywall.
• Scraping, crawling beyond our robots.txt, bulk-downloading content, or using automated scripts against our free AI tools or APIs without written permission.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or republishing our alerts, guides, or AI outputs, or using them to train a machine-learning model or build a competing service.
• Sharing member credentials, or using one subscription beyond the number of people your plan covers.
• Submitting other people's personal information to our tools without a lawful basis, or posting harassing, hateful, defamatory, or sexually explicit content.
• Interfering with other users' access, or placing an unreasonable load on our systems.

Fair use of free tools

Our free AI tools are intended for personal, non-commercial safety checks. They are rate limited per user and per network. We may throttle, degrade, or block access that exceeds reasonable personal use.

Content you submit

You are responsible for anything you submit. You confirm you have the right to submit it, and you grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide the requested result and to protect the service from abuse. Do not submit Social Security numbers, full payment card or account numbers, passwords, one-time codes, or health records.

Security research

We welcome good-faith vulnerability reports. Do not access other users' data, degrade the service, or publish a finding before we have had a reasonable chance to fix it. Report through our contact page.

Enforcement

We may warn, rate limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, remove content, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where a paid account is terminated for a violation, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
